What do we offer?
At AFA Sports Performance, we offer what no one else does. We work on all areas of performance on a 1:1 basis. We are speed coaches, strength coaches, agility coaches, and jump coaches all in one. Training and programs are tailored to the individual needs of each athlete including what season they are in, weight room experience, age, and biomechanics. After evaluation, we implement the highest quality of professional coaching, employing the most efficient methods to take athletes to the ELITE level. Every 4-6 weeks we test for progress in vertical jump, top speed, and pro-agility to ensure performance progress is made. We have a PASSION to impact the journeys of athletes.
