"It was a great and super fun experience! I did explosive training to increase my vertical, and it drastically improved within less than 6 months. Impressively, his new workouts and circuits each training day especially never seemed to bore my enjoyment and entertainment, and actually helped me exceed past my own personal standards. He also recommended different mindset podcasts which helped me with my mental game in sports, as well as aspects in life. After my training experience with him, I felt I had more confidence and a better mindset.
