Full Athletic Performance - 1hr

Work 1:1 with a performance coach as we push past your athletic ability barriers and get you to sprint faster, jump higher, and lift stronger. All sport athletes benefit from performance enhancement through speed, resistance, and strength training. We push heavy weight fast! We tailor your program to whichever annual phase you are in to make sure you are in the best athletic shape for every opportunity. To ensure progress, we test for performance increases every 4-8 weeks. 

speed & agility Performance - 1hr

Work 1:1 with a performance coach as we evaluate your sprinting mechanics, utilize corrective exercise as needed, and get you to change direction faster with acceleration and deceleration work. We may also incorporate reactive explosiveness to improve game-speed. 

Team Athletic Performance - 1hr

Contract your youth, amateur, or professional sports teams to work with our performance coaches as we train around your game and practice schedules to push past your team's athletic ability barriers and get them to stronger, faster, and more explosive. All sports teams benefit from performance enhancement through speed and strength training. We collect and offer data analysis to present coaches and club managers with a map of where the athletes are physiologically. 

SPORTS REHAB - 1hr

Work 1:1 with one of our sports rehab specialists once, twice, or three times a week as we create and implement a return-to-play program and timeline for your injury to get you back to your sport stronger than before. 

General Fitness/Personal Training - 1hr

Work 1:1 with one of our Certified Personal Trainers as we employ our famous AFA functional fitness training with the appropriate skills necessary to progress you towards smashing and exceeding your health and fitness goals. Our methods have been proven with over 200 fitness clients reaching their goals through this programming that uses little to no machines. Following assessment, we will create workout program to follow. We will set weekly/monthly goals to make sure we are seeing the progress that you are working towards.
